Store Manager Ma Chérie Wellness Concept Store (La Coruña)

Location: Marbella – Golden Mile

Position Type: Full-time (40h/week, including weekends)

We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Marbella, a passionate, inspiring, and highly driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to play a pivotal role in launching our brand.

Your Role & Impact

Client & Business Development

- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model in client engagement and sales performance

- Build and nurture strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior

- Translate integral objectives into daily team goals and store KPIs

Store Operations

- Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational excellence

- Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines

- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and product rotation to optimize inventory

- Drive and support all marketing initiatives in-store

Team Leadership & Development

- Coach, and retain a high-performing team with a positive and collaborative mindset

- Promote a growth-oriented environment

- Create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workspace

Brand Representation

- Embody Ma Cherie’s values and act as a true brand ambassador both in-store and in the local community

- Ensure alignment between store execution and the brand’s image, voice, and wellness philosophy

- Represent the store in communication with the Head Office and contribute to overall brand positioning

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in wellness or cosmetics

- Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire

- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills

- Deep focus on client service excellence

- Passion for wellness, beauty, and sustainable retail
