You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, strong financial control, and measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project and program from initiation to delivery, managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality .Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to drive delivery excellence.Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.Own financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and governance .Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within delivery teams.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in consulting or complex environments.Proven delivery of large‐scale, complex initiatives.Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project; Power BI is a plus.Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow .Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Location: MadridAre you ready to take the next step?
