Location: Madrid – Hybrid (60% remote, 40% on site) Languages: Professional English (C1) Role Overview A global company is looking for an IT Solutions Architect with deep expertise in authorizations to serve as the key connection point between business operations and IT. The position plays a crucial role in safeguarding security, maintaining compliance, and ensuring architectural consistency across the organization, while fostering alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams. Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary authority on authorization matters , promoting clear and consistent communication throughout the organization.
- Drive and support authorization‑related initiatives in partnership with global process owners and multidisciplinary teams.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for standards, policies, and expert advice related to authorizations.
- Evaluate and approve authorization‑related exceptions , ensuring proper justification and documentation.
- Oversee and coordinate authorization testing during SIT and UAT phases alongside functional teams.
- Develop and implement authorization models and frameworks that meet organizational requirements.
- Perform regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of authorization processes and highlight areas for enhancement. Requirements
- Solid background in both business processes and authorization , acting as a connector between the two.
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Solutions Architect specializing in authorizations for business processes.
- Demonstrated leadership in agile environments and a track record of successful project delivery.
- Professional experience in digital roles and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong capability to link business processes with backend authorization structures and clearly define functional roles. xkdbapo
