Technical Support Advisor (French – speaking) On Site – MI36 Location: La Coruña Job Summary We are looking for Technical Support Agents with French to provide technical assistance to a project with a world‑leading software development company. The role involves assisting users, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions. Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: French native + Spanish or English (advanced).
- Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows (valuable).
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving. Responsibilities
- Assist external or internal users of the client’s technical products or services; identify, investigate, research, and provide resolution to user questions and problems.
- Troubleshoot basic to complex customer issues that are technical in nature, including software, networking, or other designated client products.
- Follow the appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues, including making follow‑up outbound calls as needed.
- Solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of conceptual thinking skills.
- Log all incoming calls and accurately complete case notes in the call‑tracking database. What We Offer
- Full‑time (39h/week) permanent contract, shift 09:00‑18:00 Monday‑Friday.
- Training program of 4 to 5 weeks.
- Salary package of €19,738 gross per year.
