Agile Product Owner (Remote) (La Coruña)

We are looking for a strategic and operationally driven Functional Product Owner to lead the Banking branches solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform. This role acts as the functional owner, translating branch operational and business needs into scalable global capabilities that will be implemented in our servicing SaaS platform. Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Branch Channels platform, defining and prioritizing capabilities for Branch servicing workflows, operational processes, Customer View, Appointment and Visit Management, Device Management, Queue and shift management. Collaborate with country programs to (1) understand branch operational needs, (2) identify reusable global capabilities, (3) evaluate local requirements versus general product opportunities. Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and Stakeholder management. Maintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and Jira. Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional analysis and Branch Banking or Omnichannel servicing solutions. Experience working with operational and technical teams in Agile delivery environments. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and Global versus local demands. Ability to work in global and multi-country product organizations.
