Job Title Technical Support Advisor (Portuguese-speaking) – On-site MI36 Responsibilities & Requirements We are searching for experienced Technical Support Agents with strong Portuguese language skills. The role focuses on providing technical assistance for a leading software development project.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese (native) and English (advanced). Spanish is a plus.
- Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable).
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving. What We Offer
- Full‑time (39h) contract; Monday‑Friday, rotating shifts (09:00‑21:00).
