Multilingual Customer Service & Operations Specialist (Alicante) Join NWVA SL and become part of our growing international team! NWVA SL is looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to strengthen our Operations and Customer Support department in Alicante. If you enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic international environment, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role As a Multilingual Customer Service & Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in coordinating customer requests and ensuring smooth communication between clients, service providers, and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and partners professionally.
- Verify customer information and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal procedures.
- Coordinate services and ongoing cases with external providers.
- Maintain accurate records and update case information regularly.
- Keep customers informed about progress, timelines, and service updates.
- Prioritize tasks and manage operational requests efficiently.
- Use internal systems and digital tools to support daily operations. Requirements
- Native or bilingual Spanish (mandatory).
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Dutch, or others will be highly valued.
- Availability to work full-time on rotating schedules, including evenings, nights, and weekends if required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Own transport required to commute to the workplace. What We Offer
