About the Role Our client is a major player in the global telecommunications industry, with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group's tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. To support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands-on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group's geographies. Location: Madrid, Spain, hybrid (3 days on-site) Start date: ASAP Industry: Telecommunications Contract: Permanent (Contrato fijo) Manage end-to-end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach Drive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross-country coordination, candidate experience) Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystem Track and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and time-to-hire to support data-driven decisions ATS & sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, enterprise ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent), Boolean search Java, Python, .NET, JS/TS, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Network HR tools: Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, mobility and relocation platforms Spanish, English 3 to 4 years of experience in tech recruitment, agency or in-house Solid track record on full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data or cloud roles Hands-on experience contributing to or leading HR projects beyond recruitment (mobility, onboarding, employer branding, process design) Fluent Spanish and professional English Exposure xbhjioe to international mobility frameworks (visa, relocation, tax basics) Autonomous and structured, able to juggle recruitment delivery and project work in parallel Strong stakeholder management, comfortable interacting with technical hiring managers and senior HR partners Bonus and benefits package aligned with group policy (private health insurance, meal vouchers, pension plan) Hybrid model: 3 days at the Madrid office, 2 days remote Access to internal mobility, training catalog and tech communities Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.es/empleo/6u317d
