Web Developer (m/f) – CRM Domain We are looking for a Web Developer to join the Airbus Helicopters digital team in Albacete. The selected candidate will manage, drive, and monitor the delivery of Digital projects related to the Airbus Helicopters Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domain. ROLE SUMMARY The role focuses on the stability, performance, and operability of CRM solutions, acting as a liaison between internal teams, managed service providers (MSPs), and users to deliver service excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and enhance front-end and back-end components for custom web applications and CRM tools. Contribute to the technical architecture of new features, ensuring alignment with the "API First" strategy and security standards. Maintain and evolve the AirbusWorld portal (Liferay), ensuring a seamless user experience for international customers. Provide level-3 support for complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement of existing applications. Monitor and optimise application performance and responsiveness. Implement best practices in web security to protect sensitive customer and aeronautical data. SKILLS Front-end: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+ and at least one modern framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular). Back-end: Strong Java skills with modern frameworks such as Spring or similar, plus experience in containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Database: Proficiency in SQL and database design. DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab, and continuous integration and deployment practices. CMS: Experience or strong interest in Liferay or similar enterprise CMS solutions. Security & Architecture: "API First" mindset with awareness of web performance, security protocols (OWASP), and authentication standards. Agile: Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), including story-point estimation. Testing proficiency: unit, functional, and integration testing to ensure robust delivery. Excellent written and oral communication skills for interaction with technical teams and business stakeholders. Advanced level in English (mandatory).
