The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.- Starting date October 1rst 2026 until September 30th.- The selection process will be during May 2026 until September 2026.Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). With us, you will have the opportunity to Work on real-life aeronautical challenges and see your designs contribute to flying products.Main tasks:* Digitalization & AI Integration: Support the digital transformation of the department by digitalizing design tools and exploring AI-driven solutions to streamline internal processes, optimize engineering workflows, and enhance data management.* Research & Standards: Conduct normative and procedure reviews and gain familiarity with relevant helicopter norms, certification specifications, and design guidelines for helicopter structures.* Concept Analysis: Analyze existing concepts and emerging technologies for helicopter airframes to identify areas for innovation.* Design Development: Develop and evaluate technical design solutions for airframe challenges, focusing on structural integrity and systems integration.* 3D Modeling: Perform detailed design tasks using CATIA V5, creating parts and assemblies according to aerospace standards.* Technical Reporting: Prepare technical presentations and documentation for key project milestones, including Design Reviews and certification reports.**Skills:*** Education: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.* Technical Skills: + Hands-on experience with 3D CAD toolsets (CATIA V5). + Strong interest or initial experience in Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning basics) and how it can be applied to Engineering. + Programming Skills: Python or VBA* Mindset: You are a highly responsible and committed person who takes full ownership of your tasks.* Drive: You possess a strong sense of curiosity and a proactive "can-do" attitude, always striving to go beyond the basic requirements to deliver excellence.* Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and ability to work effectively in a team.* Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish.
