- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial planning processes
- Analyze the income statement, the cost structure, key production performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support business with financial modeling, investment analysis, and scenario planning. Enhance dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, BI, and planning tools
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Monitor and control costs, margins, and operational spending
- Acting as a point of contact for the parent company and other stakeholders on all relevant finance matters. Participate in annual audits Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters or MBA is a plus)
- +7 years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling or Audit
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Knowledge of SAP S4HANA (FI/CO, SD and PP) is a plus
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
- Fluent English skills (C1 level) in both written and spoken communication are a must What we offer
