This role will oversee the strategic and operational management of stronga high-impact innovation project in digital health AI /strongin the area of oncology. /ppThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to stronghigh-impact innovation in healthcare /strong, working alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team and gaining broad exposure across product development, clinical validation, compliance, industry collaborations, and open innovation management in a leading healthcare ecosystem. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pullistrongProject Management: /strong Ensure effective project management, tracking progress against timelines, milestones, and deliverables. /lilistrongProduct Roadmap: /strong Own and manage the product roadmap, including product backlog prioritization and feature definition and ensuring alignment with clinician needs and meeting all regulatory requirements (e.g. EU AI Act, MDR). /lilistrongClinical Validation /strong: Coordinate closely with clinical and data science teams to validate the solution, translate medical needs into product requirements, and ensure clinical relevance. /lilistrongIndustry Collaborations: /strongSupport fundraising activities, including preparation of pitch materials, engagement with industry partners, and negotiation of collaboration agreements and sponsorship contracts. /lilistrongFinancial Sustainability Governance: /strongEnsure the financial sustainability of the innovation project, manage budgets, escalate key decisions to senior management and lead Steering Committees. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Qualifications: /strong /pulliUniversity degree in a relevant field, preferably related to health sciences, engineering, or business administration. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in project management within digital health, artificial intelligence and/or healthcare innovation. /liliExperience working with multidisciplinary teams across clinical, technical, and business functions. /liliAdvanced level of English, both written and spoken. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCore Competencies Skills: /strong /pulliStrong project and stakeholder management skills, including coordination of cross-functional teams and external partners. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills. /liliHigh level of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliCommitment to quality, continuous improvement, and attention to detail. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWorking Conditions: /strong /pulliFixed Term Part time position (8 Months – 20h/week). /liliStarting Date: Versátil within July-August 2026. /liliHybrid work.
