pA large general organisation are seeking a Lab Engineer to provide hands-on support for laboratory instrumentation, alongside desktop support responsibilities. The role includes managing hardware inventory, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting Windows 10/11 upgrades/migration activities. /ppbr/ppThis will be an initial 6-12 months+ contract with the opportunity for multiple extensions. /ppbr/ppThis position will be based on-site full time in Madrid, Spain. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Skills/Responsibilities: /strong /pulliPrevious exposure to laboratory instrumentation such as Chromatography Data Systems, Mass Spec and Empower a plus /liliSolid experience working with recent and latest OS platforms (Linux,IOS) /liliManage hardware inventory Laptops and Desktop Systems /liliTroubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues /liliConfigure, install, patch compile and manage licenses for PCs within laboratories /liliWork with external vendors and organisation owners to resolve problems with lab systems /liliEnsure network and backup needs of end users are being met related to lab PC connectivity /liliDecommissioning /liliExperience with Win 10/11 Upgrades Migrations /liliProven experience building, replacing and researching Win10 /liliUse of Remedy Service Request for incident management /liliProficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word and Teamsite for tracking and reporting purposes /li /ul Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.es/empleo/6shbtu
