Role The Junior Project Manager supports the operational management of psychometric projects, ensuring the completion of defined tasks, deadlines, and procedures, under the supervision of a more experienced manager. Responsibilities
- Support the planning and monitoring of psychometric development projects of low to medium complexity.
- Update timelines, task lists, and progress indicators.
- Ensure organisation, version control, and traceability of technical documentation (manuals, reports, item drafts).
- Conduct guided technical reviews, focused on formal consistency (terminology, structure, cross-references).
- Contact experts and contributors at an operational level (meeting scheduling, collection of specific inputs).
- Support pre-testing, pilot studies, or data collection activities, ensuring compliance with defined protocols.
- Assist quality control processes by preparing checklists and supporting documentation.
- Identify simple operational risks and report them to the responsible project manager. Autonomy and decision-making
- Works mainly under direct supervision.
- Participates in technical and methodological decisions in a consultative capacity. Qualifications
- Graduation in Psychology, no previous experience needed
- Fluent in Spanish and English (a basic level in Italian will serve as a tie-breaker) What we offer
