This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about building scalable, user-friendly solutions that deliver measurable business impact. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDesign, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations) aligned with business requirements and scalability standards. /liliLead solution architecture discussions, ensuring designs promote usability, performance, and maintainability. /liliCreate intuitive user interfaces and seamless workflows that enhance user adoption and experience throughout the solution lifecycle. /liliApply industry best practices including error handling, modular design, clean architecture, and comprehensive testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. /liliCollaborate closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, and other technical teams to enforce platform standards and ensure integration consistency. /liliEstablish and promote best practices for ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and CI/CD pipelines within Power Platform environments. /liliExtend platform capabilities using Azure Functions, C#, custom connectors, and other relevant tools to meet complex integration and customization needs. /li /ulpbr/ppDesired Skills Experience /pulliProven experience developing with Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. /liliStrong understanding of data modeling, relationships, and security within Dataverse. /liliHands-on experience with integration patterns including REST APIs, custom connectors, Logic Apps, and relevant Azure services. /liliKnowledge of ALM processes, source control, and CI/CD pipelines tailored for Power Platform development. /liliAbility to extend platform functionalities with languages and tools such as Azure Functions and C#. /liliExcellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and a focus on delivering business value through technology. /liliStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and technical team members. /li /ulpbr/ppuAbout HCLTech: /u /ppbr/ppWe are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
