Trunkstar is a fast-growing SaaS platform used by connectivity providers across the world. Our customers include general carriers, ISPs, MSPs, and infrastructure providers who rely on Trunkstar to automate availability checks, pricing, quoting, ordering, and operational workflows.

We help our customers run their entire connectivity business from one platform, with accuracy, speed, and scale.

We are expanding our Product team in Madrid and are looking for a Success Manager who wants to help build the software foundation of modern global connectivity.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing relationships, and helping customers succeed with complex telecom data, this role will suit you well.

**About the role**

You will be part of Trunkstar’s delivery and success team, working with both customers and telecom suppliers to ensure that accurate availability, pricing, and product data flows into the Trunkstar platform.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing onboarding and ongoing delivery for new and existing customers
- Tracking, prioritizing, and updating customers on the status of their supplier data sources
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers, telecom suppliers, and the Trunkstar product team
- Working directly with telecom partners (vendors, carriers, wholesalers) on behalf of our customers to obtain accurate availability and pricing data
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure fast, reliable data updates
- Meeting weekly with customers to:

- review new data source integrations
- communicate progress
- identify new requirements or opportunities
- Handling support requests related primarily to data sources, availability, and pricing
- Working closely with the CTO and Product Manager to improve processes, tooling, and data flows

This is not a traditional account manager role, it is a mix of customer success, delivery, and telecom operations, focused on making sure data and integrations actually work.

**What we’re looking for**
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher), written and spoken
- At least 3 years of experience in the telecom industry (carrier, ISP, MSP, wholesaler, or telecom software)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and vendors
- Highly proactive and comfortable working in a scale-up environment
- Able to design, improve, and own new processes as the company grows
- Based in Madrid (hybrid role; we value in-person collaboration with the local team). We are located in Ronda de la comunicación.
