Fp&a Analyst Southern Europe (La Moraleja)

Hana Group is one of the world leaders of freshly prepared pan-Asian dishes “on the go” in the retail market with almost 1,500 points of sale in 12 different countries.

Tareas

Hana Group is looking for and FP&A; Analyst to strengthen its southern Europe FP&A; team.

Reporting to the Southern Europe Management Control Manager, the FP&A; Analyst is co-responsible for all FP&A; processes: budget construction, performance management, cost optimization, as well as ad hoc analysis of the southern Europe perimeter (Spain, Italy, Portugal).

This new position plays a central role in the coordination of the zone's financial management, and acts as a link between the Group and the zone. Contacts with countries and the Group are daily.

**Responsibilities**: **Budget / Reforecast**:

- Co-responsible for the budget process,
- Improvement of existing processes,
- Production and presentation of analyses

**Closing**:

- Review and analysis of the closing of accounts for the countries in the Southern Europe zone,
- Key contact for Group FP&A; team,
- Key contact for the Southern Europe accounting team.
- Pre-closing analysis and feedback to the Southern Europe accounting teams
- Feedback to country managers for the zone and the Group.

**FP&A; IT Systems**:

- Proposals to improve the planning and reporting tool with the Group FP&A; teams,
- Power BI key user

**Requisitos**: **Profile**: Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with 3 to 5 years professional experience in FP&A; with frequent contact with operational teams.

Excellent knowledge of Excel and familiar with other IT tools (D365, Anaplan, Power BI).

The frequency of contacts with countries in the Iberia zone and with the Group requires fluency in English.
