In this role you will shape regional benefits strategy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, leading a high-performing team to deliver compliant, financially sustainable programs. You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align benefits with the broader business goals, manage renewals and budgets, and leverage data to optimize costs and enhance the employee experience. This position offers impact at scale within a global rewards function and emphasizes transformation, governance, and cross‑functional partnership.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Drive regional benefits strategy and design across the EMEA region
• Lead and mentor a regional benefits team with a focus on continuous learning
• Ensure design, delivery, and compliance of all benefits programs and time-off policies
• Collaborate with global and local HR, procurement, finance, and business leaders
• Align regional initiatives with corporate frameworks and strategy
• Manage annual plan renewals, design, funding recommendations, and budgeting
• Use data analytics to understand cost drivers and identify optimization opportunities
• Maintain governance, compliance, filings, audits, and notices across country-specific regulations
• Deliver a frictionless employee experience with robust controls on eligibility, billing, and data feeds
• Support HR Mu0026A activities and benchmark benefits and wellness to stay competitive
• Manage strategic vendor relationships with global brokers and KPI-driven performance
• Communicate benefit programs clearly to stakeholders and Mountaineers
• Standardize operations with documented SOPs and program reporting for audits and leadership updates
