Experteer Overview
Senior Partner Success Manager to drive revenue growth and partner retention across the Autodesk Learning Partner ecosystem in Europe. You will own territory performance, manage partner lifecycles, and shape market development with a focus on growth and ecosystem expansion. The role blends commercial accountability with strategic partner engagement and cross-functional collaboration to build pipeline and training adoption. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute territory plans and onboard new partners, delivering measurable impact. This is a dynamic, high-impact role at TD SYNNEX with a focus on leadership and market leadership.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own defined European territory with revenue growth, partner performance and retention accountability
• Drive new business and renewals across the Autodesk Learning Partner portfolio
• Develop and execute territory and partner growth plans to expand revenue and training adoption
• Build and manage strategic partner relationships as trusted advisor
• Lead local market initiatives and events to drive pipeline and engagement
• Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen market coverage
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and reporting aligned to targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute as a senior team member
• Support team performance and best practices
Responsabilidades
• Strong commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Proven ability to structure sales activity and manage pipeline
• High energy, self-motivated with ownership and accountability
• Strategic thinker who translates plans into execution
• Strong numerical and analytical capability
• Good understanding of the IT channel, vendors, and competitive landscape
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience preferred
• Experience in partner/account management or business development
• Degree in a business-related field; people management experience advantageous
• Language: Fluent English; German strongly preferred/critical; other European languages advantageous
