Experteer Overview
In this regional role, you drive and expand the sales plan for Symantec’s commercial segment across Spain, managing whitespace and competitive wins. You’ll align with country channels, generate and close pipeline, and forecast performance. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to execute go-to-market initiatives and campaigns, staying ahead of market trends. This position offers the chance to influence vendor relationships, shape sales plays, and contribute to a broader cybersecurity sales agenda.

• Own strategic relationships with key prospects (C-level/Senior Management)
• Coordinate local execution of EMEA initiatives for strategic programs
• Support partnerships to drive new commercial opportunities
• Forecasting and pipeline management per Arrow countries
• Provide sales leadership to Regional VPs, Country Managers and BU Leaders
• Collaborate with internal departments across Arrow ECS EMEA to meet financial goals
• Matrix manage in-country Business Developers to support commercial opportunities
• Work with Marketing to design and develop sales campaigns for whitespace
• Develop sales plays to drive continued adoption of Symantec products by commercial customers
Responsabilidades
• Direct touch/end-user sales experience in cybersecurity or IT, with knowledge of Symantec, Carbon Black, and CA products preferred
• Experience developing and executing strategic sales initiatives with clear business objectives
• Proven ability to collaborate with marketing to maximize Go-to-Market effectiveness
• Leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity/IT sales or related area
