With more than 75 employees, we are expanding our activity in integrated circuit design and developing a unique semiconductor manufacturing facility in Spain. As part of this growth, we are looking for a Finance Digital Transformation profile to join our team and contribute to building scalable, data-driven financial processes powered by automation and digital tools. Tasks and responsibilities: o Lead and coordinate digitalization and automation projects within the finance and administrative area, including evaluation, selection, and implementation of new solutions. o Design scalable end-to-end processes for:
- Investor reporting
- Management reporting
- Invoicing
- Grant management
- HR administrative processes o Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the department through:
- Process standardization
- Documentation
- User training
- Change management o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial processes are robust, scalable, and data-driven. Requirements: o Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field. o Experience: A minimum of 2 years in finance transformation, process automation, or digital projects. o Digital acumen as well as understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements (P&L;, BS, and Cash Flow Statement). o Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken). o Tools:
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, macros)
- Basic programming knowledge
- AI / Automation tools (Claude, N8N, Zapier or similar)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Employment Conditions:
