Sales Support Specialist (Alicante (Alacant))

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to reinforce our team and continue to push an excellent, agile, client‑oriented service. Responsibilities
- Serve as a key part of the commercial engine, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient and quality service.
- Create customer quotations following the instructions of the Commercial Manager and the commercial team, using our internal ERP.
- Maintain commercial offers and assist in resolving incidents.
- Propose IT improvements to optimize the quoting tool.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies defined by the commercial team. Qualifications
- Education in International Trade, Transportation, or Logistics.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar functions or in maritime freight operations (Forwarding / Traficking).
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Good command of office tools (Office suite, Windows environment, email).
- High adaptability, quick learning, clear client orientation (internal and external).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
