Engineer Handyman (Alcudia)

**Key responsabilities**:

- Manage the maintenance and optimal functioning of the hotel facilities.
- Carrying out the repair of breakdowns or problems and making the corresponding reports.
- Attend to a variety of tasks including electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
- Recording daily consumption readings.
- Supervision of exterior installations.
- Initiating the activity of the merchandise and its cessation at the end of the shift assigned to it.
- Carry out preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
- Implementing the corresponding health and safety rules, to ensure the proper functioning of the hotel's facilities and equipment.

**Qualifications**: **Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Training in accordance with the position.
- Broad experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, gardening, and pool upkeep.
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and services, as well as electrical and structural drawings.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
