Receptionist (Alcudia)

**Key responsabilities**:

- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, both in person and over the phone.
- Check in and check out.
- Offer personalised concierge services and local recommendations for attractions and activities.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cash reconciliation during your shift.
- Allocate rooms according to reservations received, as well as guests preferences.
- Receive complaints and/or comments from all guests and ensure that they are resolved as soon as possible.
- Coordinate with the head of reception and other departments for the smooth running of the hotel.
- Support in various tasks and activities within the reception team.
- To duly comply with all the procedures and policies set by the company.

**Qualifications**: **Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel reception.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Knowledge of additional languages, mainly German, would be an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the Avalon tool is a plus.
