HR Business Partner - Spain & Morocco (Tarifa)

On January 10th, FRS Spain and Morocco became part of DFDS and we are now looking for a new HR Business Partner for our business in Spain and Morocco.

**About the role**

As HR Business Partner, you will work with the full HR scope where you will develop and implement the local people plans according to our business strategy and people priorities. You will also have an important role as a trusted advisor and courageous advocate to coach and challenge the leaders to broaden their perspectives and become great people managers and architects of our desired culture. As a talent disciple, you will make sure to support managers to develop a strong talent pipeline in line with our cultural journey and develop our leaders for the future.

You will be based in our office in Tarifa, Spain where you will work closely with the business leaders. You will also work closely with our colleagues in our People Division in DFDS Group.

You hold the knowledge across the full HR landscape which you utilize together with relevant HR resources to meet local business needs.

The idóneo person for this position will have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor degree within HR or equivalent
- Min. 3-5 years of HR experience in similar roles
- Strong knowledge within all HR professional disciplines
- Excellent commercial understanding and confidence to partner with the business
- English fluency (spoken and written)
- Spanish language skills, preferably also some French language skills.
