This Graduate Program is an 18‑month development opportunity that includes 2‑3 international rotations in European facilities. Responsibilities
- Participate in Performance Boost and way‑of‑working deployment at sites, as part of the CI AFEMEA central team.
- Learn Performance Boost principles and contribute to their application in the shopfloor.
- Support the design and planning of Performance Boost implementation and expansion.
- Support Site Performance Boost Leaders in their role.
- Drive actively CI activities and projects in hosting sites, aligned with Performance Boost roll‑out.
- Collaborate proactively with teams and sites across AFEMEA to leverage best practices and harmonize CI approach.
- Foster engagement of CI communities across various hosted plants and teams.
- Support the coordination and driving of CI transformation with the CI AFEMEA central team.
- Measure and evaluate the efficiency of CI initiatives roll‑out across sites. Qualifications
- Higher degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; Degree in Project Management or Lean/CI advantageous.
- Evidence of academic achievements and/or extracurricular activities, proving passion for industrial engineering, CI/Lean manufacturing, and project management.
- Internship or work experience within an industrial environment, exposure to process engineering, continuous improvement, quality management or project management – up to 2 years.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI / Power Apps / Power Automate.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel; experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- Interest in Continuous Improvement principles; some knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English. Additional European languages a plus, preferred German, French, Spanish or Czech.
- First international study or work experience. Cross‑cultural sensitivity as a must.
- Proactivity, curiosity and focus on results.
- Analytical skills and structured approach.
- Evidence of flexibility, adaptability and resilience for change.
- Collaboration skills and ability to work in an international, diverse team.
- Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe.
