Project Manager (Armilla)

We are looking for new employees in one of our Business Areas Arribatec Business Services. This is a Business Area which specializes in the implementation of business-critical solutions for companies worldwide. We simplify the path to success for our customers by implementing, integrating, supporting, and maintaining the entire digital business landscape with an ERP system as the core engine. We integrate the ERP system with our self-developed solutions and other market-leading systems, such as Power BI and Hypergene, to give the customer full control, efficiency and insight into their own business.

**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Project Manager as a part of the ERP team in Continental Europe. You will be a part of a corporate culture that promotes cooperation and competence development. In addition to Unit4 ERP, we deliver solutions and services in BI & Analytics, Business Management and Development, Enterprise Architecture and Quality Management.

As a Project Manager, you will have the responsibility for a diverse portfolio of projects and a project team. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of our ERP projects for our customers and help them achieve their defined objectives regarding scope, budget, schedule and quality. In addition you are responsible for the day-to-day management of tasks and resources in the delivery project.

**Responsibilities**
- Operational tasks related to Arribatec’s service and product deliveries
- Project management and planning of services
- Managing risks and escalations
- Reporting of project status to clients and Arribatec management
- Planning of projects, including:

- Resource planning
- Planning and holding project meetings
- Training and mentoring of colleagues
- Advising on process improvement
- Ongoing follow-up of customer inquiries
- Pre-sales and marketing activities as needed

**Qualifications**
- Higher relevant education at the University level
- Experience can compensate for the level of education
- Experience with Unit4 ERP is an advantage
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English
- Can plan and manage different tasks
- Sales and solution-oriented and with a strong focus on customers
- Analytical and methodical
