Product Manager (Arona)

Job Description We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Tenerife. The role will assist the Senior Product Manager and analyze and optimize product and sales development, with strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns and B2B online marketing.
- Be in contact with destinations and TTOO to check portfolio, sales performance and offers.
- Manage client complaints with the TTOO and other internal departments.
- Provide IT system support to the hoteliers.
- Organize Famtrips and assist participants.
- Manage special requests of the TTOO and coordinate internally.
- Support the contract manager.
- Yield management.
- Product management.
- Revenue management.
- Set up and follow up sales and internal business intelligence reports/statistics.
- Perform basic tasks in the booking department to understand operations and client processes. Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience in DMC/Incoming or hotel chain.
- Degree in Tourism or similar.
- Good level of English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills between providers and clients.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
