**Shop Assistant (School Uniform Store)**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent **customer service**, assisting parents, students, and staff with inquiries and purchases.
- Manage and organize stock, ensuring items are well presented and replenished when necessary.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Offer product advice and guidance to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the store.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in **retail** or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work for a **3-week temporary period**.
