- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Swedish; fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in creating and optimizing PPC campaigns; a minimum of 0–1 year of experience in sales.
- Google Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Google products such as Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube is essential.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; strong presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; team player mindset with leadership qualities.
