Key Responsibilities

- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a field that demonstrates transferable skills.
- C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
- Proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.
- Strong resilience and the ability to handle a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Experience working with targets and achieving high‑volume sales results.
- Prior experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving client issues and enhancing their experience, is highly valued.
- Strong customer‑facing experience, particularly in a service‑focused capacity.
