HR Operations Specialist (1 year contract) (Barcelona)

- Manage day‑to‑day HR Operations processes for employees across Europe.
- Support the full employee life‑cycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences and off‑boarding.
- Maintain HR Systems and employee data in Workday.
- Assist with HR Reporting, data maintenance and process improvement.
- Support a variety of HR tasks, such as university agreements coordination and mobility processes. Requirements
- Experience in an HR environment.
- Experience with HR Systems; Workday knowledge is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized way of working.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
