The Sales Specialist will play a critical role in accelerating onboarding, driving tool adoption, and enhancing sales effectiveness across the Inside Sales (ISS) organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to Enablement, Marketing, Programs, and Operations, ensuring ISS teams are equipped with the insights, tools, and guidance needed to engage customers effectively and consistently. Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Acceleration: Serve as a key contributor to the formal onboarding process, supporting new hires and mentors to reduce ramp time and improve early productivity.
- Cross-Functional Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between ISS and internal teams including Enablement, Marketing, and Programs to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Sales Analytics & Engagement Optimization: Deliver actionable reporting and insights to improve customer engagement, leveraging data to identify high-performing messaging and outreach tactics.
- Sales Tools Enablement: Develop and share best practices for tools such as SalesLoft Conversation Intelligence, Vidyard, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Qlik, and PostBeyond. Drive adoption and efficient usage across ISS.
- Process Consistency & Documentation: Ensure consistency in ISS sales processes by creating and maintaining documentation for inbound lead handling, APO creation, and account expansion strategies.
- Individualized Sales Support: Provide tailored coaching to sales reps on prospecting, messaging, and soft skills to improve outreach effectiveness and confidence.
- Tech Stack Innovation: Stay current on new features and capabilities within the sales tech stack and proactively recommend enhancements to ISS leadership.
- Enablement Collaboration: Identify skill or knowledge gaps and partner with Enablement to design and deliver targeted learning solutions. Qualifications
- 3-5 years proven experience in sales enablement, inside sales, or sales operations
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools
- Familiarity with modern sales tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to coach and guide individuals with empathy and clarity What We Offer
