Your mission: As a Spa Trainee, your mission is to support the Spa team in providing an exceptional and personalized experience to our guests. You will work closely with the Spa and Front Office teams to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere.Your tasks will include: Welcoming and assisting spa guests with professionalism and warmth Managing spa reservations and guest inquiries Supporting daily spa reception operations Ensuring spa facilities are clean, organized, and well presented Assisting guests with information about treatments, services, and productsCoordinating with therapists and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Handling guest requests and helping resolve any concerns efficiently Supporting administrative and operational spa tasks What we’re looking for: Education: Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail. Well organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable using digital tools and reservation systems. Languages: Fluent English and Spanish is required. Other: Passion for hospitality, wellness, and teamwork. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.Why us?
