Provide high‑quality customer service to Spanish‑speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues. 3. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary. Requirements 1.
