Technical Project Manager - Tech Consulting (Barcelona)

About The Role We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a proven project delivery track record and a technical background in Node.js and React.js development. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of web application projects while working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation through deployment and closure. Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource plans using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies. Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and daily stand‑ups. Manage risks, dependencies and blockers; elevate issues proactively. Track and report project health via KPIs, burn‑down charts and status dashboards. Review and validate technical designs, architecture decisions and effort estimates from engineering teams. Provide guidance on Node.js backend and React.js front‑end best practices. Collaborate with architects and DevOps engineers on Azure cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and scalability. Ensure code quality standards, security practices and CI/CD processes are followed. Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners and leadership. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non‑technical audiences. Required Skills & Experience ~11–15 years total; 5+ years in a PM or Technical PM role ~ Hands‑on background on Node.js (APIs, microservices, backend logic) ~ React.js component architecture, state management (Redux / Context API) ~ Azure Cloud services (App Service, AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Key Vault) ~ Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies ~ PMP / CSM / SAFe (a plus) ~ Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, Confluence, MS Project Nice to have Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Travel domain experience PMP certification CSM / SAFe Agilist Microsoft Azure Administrator Working Model Hybrid — 2 days per week onsite. 08005 Barcelona What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
