Operations HR Graduate (Barcelona)

The Opportunity As an HR Graduate in the Supply Chain/ Operations area, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in all people-related topics. You will contribute to the operational excellence of the department and help us attract, develop, and engage the best talent in the industry. - Support end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback management.
- Participate in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Support onboarding and integration activities for new joiners in the company. Talent & Development
- Assist in the rollout and follow-up of talent reviews, development plans, and performance cycles.
- Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and internal communication related to employee development. HR Operations
- Ensure smooth daily HR operations: HR data accuracy, reports, and administrative follow-up.
- Support mobility, organizational changes, and headcount tracking. Projects & HR Analytics
- Contribute to transversal HR projects (e.g. engagement surveys, diversity & inclusion initiatives, process improvement).
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytics for HR and management teams. We'd love to meet you if you have Experience: A previous experience in a similar role would be a plus. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
