HR Digital Workday HCM & Recruiting Analyst (Barcelona)

In this role, you will shape and optimize Workday for general HR and Talent Acquisition. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the candidate and recruiter experience and drive adoption through thoughtful design and data insights. You will contribute to end-to-end Workday Recruiting and HCM initiatives across 30+ countries, enabling operational excellence. This is a hands-on, change-led role in a fast-moving, global environment with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.

• Design, configure, and administer Workday Recruiting in a global environment, aligned with Core HCM foundations
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition COE and cross-functional stakeholders to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience
• Lead continuous improvement across the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle
• Develop understanding of global HR and TA data and impacts on integrations and reporting
• Perform Workday release analysis, test planning and execution; coordinate testing and drive process changes
• Own or support regional initiatives and special projects (reorganizations, acquisitions)
• Support testing strategy, UAT coordination, and create/update user documentation

Responsabilidades
• Solid Workday HCM experience (configuration, test case creation, test execution)
• Hands-on Workday Recruiting experience; translate recruiting needs into scalable solutions
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Workday reporting/analytics
• Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer-centric design skills
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and adapt to a fast-moving environment
• Workday Security experience (preferred)
• Experience with AI (a plus)
• Active in the Workday community; proactive about new capabilities
• Fluent in English
