FEDCEL GROUP, S.L. is an international BPO services provider based in Barcelona, Spain. We deliver top-tier support to our general partners, and we are now expanding our team with Turkish-speaking specialists.
Role Overview: As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist iGaming players through live chat, email, and phone — ensuring a fast, friendly, and professional service experience.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent support to Turkish-speaking clients. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary. Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
Requirements: Fluent Turkish and English (working proficiency). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and patience.
