Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as the IT Business Partner for commercial stakeholders, steering the design and adoption of CRM and digital sales tools. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, ensure alignment with IT standards, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to sales productivity. You’ll work cross-functionally with Salesforce, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions in an agile environment. This position offers a hybrid setup and a chance to impact sales effectiveness at a integral FMCG leader.

• Drive the evolution and adoption of sales tools, CRM platforms, and digital solutions
• Collaborate with Salesforce, IT, and business teams to ensure architectural alignment and roadmap execution
• Lead end-to-end initiatives: discovery, requirements definition, functional design, and backlog management
• Coordinate development teams, ensuring quality, CI/CD, and IT standards
• Ensure integration, data, security, and scalability are properly addressed

• Ensure alignment with agile methodologies, product governance, and delivery standards
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience in digital environments within international organizations
• Strong understanding of sales and commercial processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong influence capabilities
• Experience with agile methodologies and digital products
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Consumer Goods Cloud)
• Previous experience in technical roles such as developer, technical consultant, or CRM/Salesforce consultant
• Ability to understand and challenge solution designs without being the final architect
• Hands-on experience with AI solutions and interest in innovation and emerging technologies
• Fluent in English and Spanish
