In this role you drive the international rollout of forward-looking workforce management concepts in logistics and lead digital transformation across integral processes. You will analyze existing systems, manage multi-phase projects with budgets and schedules, and digitize warehouse processes with modern IT. You’ll develop and deliver training to empower employees and present results to stakeholders at all levels. This position blends IT, HR, and logistics to shape scalable, cross-border solutions in a dynamic retail IT hub.

Responsabilidades
• Completed degree studies in logistics, business engineering, business informatics, or business administration, or comparable qualification
• Experience in managing digitization projects in HR / logistics
• Experience in analysis, conception and optimization of processes
• Ability to formulate, document and implement IT system requirements with IT colleagues
• Knowledge of project management and international rollout in IT / HR or logistics projects
• Experience with personnel systems, especially WFM (e.g., Workforce Plus, Dayforce) is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of English; German is an advantage
• Willingness for international travel and on-site presence (hybrid)
