As a User Experience Researcher, you illuminate user needs and behaviors to shape a product experience aligned with our mission in life sciences and healthcare. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering to translate research into actionable design guidance. You’ll employ qualitative and quantitative methods to reveal opportunities, including AI-driven insights, contributing to user-centered decision making. This role offers meaningful impact through cross-functional collaboration and research-driven design. You will join a integral, dynamic team and contribute to scalable research practices.

• Conduct end-to-end user research across journeys and key scenarios to uncover needs, behaviors, pain points, and AI-driven opportunities
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies (usability testing, surveys, interviews, ethnographic research)
• Create UX research artifacts (personas, journey maps, research reports)
• Analyze findings and synthesize actionable recommendations for design and product teams
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research into development
• Maintain and manage a repository of research findings for accessibility across teams
• Advocate for users in decision-making with a strong research-driven perspective
• Develop and refine research methodologies to enhance team capabilities
• Communicate findings through presentations, reports, and workshops

Responsabilidades
• 2 years of experience conducting user research in UX or product development
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance UX research (insight generation, synthesis, scaling analysis)
• Proficiency in user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Ability to analyze and interpret research data to extract insights
• Familiarity with UX design principles and how research informs design
• Experience with Maze, Qualtrics, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Desirable: experience in Life Sciences, bioinformatics, pharmacology, or healthcare tech
• Desirable: mentoring or guiding junior researchers or UX designers
