Experteer Overview

In this role you will shape Fever's CRM program by activating customer data across channels to drive retention and revenue. You’ll work with the CRM Manager to define lifecycle strategies, target segments, and multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app). You will measure impact with clear success metrics, run regular reporting, and perform deep dives to optimize performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you’ll help Fever deepen customer relationships at scale and contribute to the company’s growth in the entertainment sector.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in Digital Marketing and CRM (mobile and web)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc.)
• Proficient in HTML
• Strong copywriting skills
• Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
• Ability to leverage behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data for insights
• Commercially savvy, analytical, data-driven
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage high pace; fluent in English
• Strong teamwork and motivating colleagues
