About the Role:

The Logistics Manager will manage internal and external resources to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers with quality, without damage, on time and at minimal cost.

Responsibilities:

Manage internal and external resources to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers with quality, without damage, on time, and at minimal cost. Design and execute the logistics strategy for foreign trade operations, aligning it with the company's operational objectives. Analyse processes, detect inefficiencies, and propose improvements that reduce costs, time, and internal and external incidents.Evaluate and negotiate with logistics operators, carriers, and service providers. Analyse and validate sales transport routes, ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality. Collaborate with Quality, Production, Sales and Finance to ensure efficient operations. Lead, motivate and develop staff under your responsibility, fostering a culture of operational excellence.Prepare periodic reports on logistics indicators and propose action plans.

About You:

Industrial Engineering / Degree in Logistics / Business Administration. Master's degree in Supply Chain desirable. 3 to 5 years in a supply environment. Advanced English.
