Position Summary The Finance Specialist supports day‑to‑day Budget, Treasury, and Accounting activities under the guidance of senior team members. The role assists with checking expense documentation, tracking budget usage, and supporting basic analyses of variances. It also supports daily treasury tasks such as bank statement processing and organizing data for monthly treasury reports. In Accounting, the Finance Specialist helps record transactions, supports the maintenance of vendor master data in the ERP system, and assists in preparing monthly accounts payable and receivable reports. The role also provides support during the monthly closing process. Key Responsibilities (Treasury)
- Support the daily processing of bank statements and assist in preparing account balance summaries for the CFO
- Help collect and organize data related to treasury operations and support the preparation of monthly recap reports (Accounting)
- Assist with recording accounting transactions under double-entry bookkeeping principles, under guidance
- Support the maintenance of the chart of accounts and vendor master data in the accounting (ERP) system
- Help prepare monthly accounts payable and accounts receivable reports
- Provide support during the monthly closing process, assisting with selected accounting accounts and reconciliations (Budget)
- Assist with checking expense documents and supporting the review of their validity and completeness before approval
- Help track budget usage and support basic analysis of differences between planned and vigente expenses Required Profile Education & Experience
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or related.
- 1 year of working experience
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Knowledge & Skills
- SAP Knowledge.
- Office Package. Languages
