- **Descripción**: We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic PA to the Head to join our school in Sotogrande.This is a great opportunity for applicants who are looking for a rewarding career within education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Head’s PA Duties

? Provide full administrative support to the Head Teacher, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and handling confidential matters. ? Manage the Head’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders. ? Prepare materials and agendas for meetings; attend when needed to take minutes and follow up on action points. ? Liaise with HR over recruitment schedules and supporting processes for the Head

SLT support

Skills and Experience ? Relevant administrative qualifications or equivalent experience. ? Experience in a similar PA or school administrative role is desirable. ? Must be bi-lingual in Spanish & English ? Proven experience in administrative and front-of-house roles, ideally within an educational setting. ? Strong diary management and organisational skills. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and general IT systems. ? Experience with school management systems (e.g. iSAMS) is an advantage. ? Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information discreetly.
