What we look for?
We are looking for a
DLP Analyst
to join our cybersecurity and risk team, playing a key role in protecting critical data and strengthening the organization’s defense against insider threats in a regulated banking environment.
You will contribute to
risk identification, mitigation, and compliance , while supporting the development of strategies, processes, and metrics that enhance the organization’s security posture and ensure alignment with regulatory and financial crime requirements.
Collaboration 100% remote within Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote a strong
risk-aware culture
and best practices across the organizationIdentify, assess, manage, and report risks in line with regulatory frameworksSupport initiatives to
prevent and mitigate insider threats Contribute to the design and improvement of
security processes, policies, and controls Develop and track
metrics to measure the effectiveness
of DLP and insider threat programs Ensure alignment with
financial crime compliance and regulatory obligations Continuously improve processes within the insider threat and DLP space
Mandatory requirements: +3 years of experience in
information security, risk management, or DLP-related roles Solid understanding of
DLP functionalities
(policy monitoring, incident response, analysis) Strong knowledge of
risk management practices and frameworks Experience using tools such as
ServiceNow
for ticketing and reporting Proficiency in
Microsoft Office tools
(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills English C1
Nice to have Exposure to
cybersecurity standards, policies, and frameworks Experience with tools such as
Microsoft Purview, Defender, or Netskope Knowledge of
GDPR, PCI standards, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
