Logistics Director (Álora)

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Logistics Director to lead and optimize our company's logistics, warehouse, inventory and distribution operations. - Lead and oversee all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
- Develop and execute logistics and supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Manage relationships with transport providers, suppliersn and external logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, customs requirements, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team while creating efficient operational processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, retail, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and process optimization. Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Director, Senior Logistics Manager, or similar leadership role is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, and inventory operations.
- Relevant higher education studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields are required.
- Strong background in international logistics, imports/exports, and distribution operations.
- Experience managing teams and leading operational logistics functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and operational reporting tools.
