Human Resources Trainee (Castelldefels)

At Procare Health, an international pharmaceutical company based in Spain, we are dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative and scientifically proven solutions for women’s health.

We are currently looking for an HR Trainee to join our People & HR team and support daily HR operations in a dynamic and international environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to different HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, internal communication, and HR operations, while working closely with the People team on day-to-day activities and ongoing projects.

What you’ll do
- Assisting with job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and interns.
- Assisting with employee documentation, HR databases, and administrative processes.
- Supporting internal communication and employee-related initiatives.
- Helping maintain HR trackers, documentation, and operational follow-up.
- Collaborating on ad hoc HR and People projects.

What we’re looking for
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or a degree related to Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
- Mandatory availability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, with guidance when needed.
