Finance and Controlling Trainee - Estudiantes (Castelldefels)

We are currently looking for a Controller Trainee to join our Finance team. - Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing process.
- Collaborate in budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, KPIs and variance analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Contribute to cost, margin and profitability analysis.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Participate in the monitoring and reporting of different subsidiaries.
- Work with financial data to generate insights and support decision-making. What we offer

- Degree or Master's in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Financial controlling and reporting
- Financial statements
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good Excel skills for data management and analysis.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills, especially when interacting with non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of English is a plus.
